Are you the subject of a complaint by REAL ESTATE COUNCIL OF ONTARIO?

Are you a realtor (real estate agent, real estate broker) and being the subject of RECO complaint? Know your rights!  


RECO may escalate matters and refer it for discipline committee for discipline hearing or a Provincial Court prosecution. Your real estate license registration can also be subject to suspension or revocation.


You have a right to retain a legal representative and get representation!


Is your registration being REVOKED, SUSPENDED OR REFUSED TO BE RENEWED?

If RECO issues a proposal to suspend, revoke or does not renew your real estate licence, you have 15 days from the time the proposal is served upon you to  to file a notice of appeal with the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Get representation for Licence appeal tribunal hearing.  If there is NO appeal filed, RECO will carry out the proposal.
